Join the UMD Alumni Association and the UMD Alumni of Color Alliance for a pre-game party prior to the Bulldog vs. Gopher Men’s Basketball game on Thursday, November 5, 2009. The pre-game party will be from 5:00 – 6:30 p.m. in the Radisson University Hotel – Meadows Room, across the street from the Williams Arena on the U of M campus. Enjoy appetizers, a cash bar, and door prizes donated by the Radisson University Hotel. Game time is 7:00 p.m. at Williams Arena.
Don’t miss this unique opportunity to watch the Bulldogs and Gophers square off on the court!

Rocky Mountain Bulldog Hockey Pre-Game Supper

The UMD Alumni Association and Louise and Mylon Morris invite you to a Pre-Game Supper on Saturday, November 7, 2009 prior to the UMD Bulldog vs. Colorado College Tigers men’s hockey game. The pre-game supper will be held from 5:00-6:30 pm at the Morris home located in Colorado Springs. The hockey game begins at 7:00 MT at the Colorado Springs World Arena.
There is no charge for the supper and game tickets can be purchased for $ 13/person. Please call 866-726-7110 to RSVP and to purchase game tickets by Monday, November 2, 2009.
Bulldog Break the Ice Party at TCF Stadium
The UMD Alumni Association invites you to a Bulldog Break the Ice Party at the brand new TCF Stadium on the U of M campus, on Saturday, November 21, 2009! The evening begins with a stadium tour starting promptly at 5:00 pm from the Benton Country lobby entrance. Then enjoy a Pre-Game Party with a cash bar and appetizer buffet from 5:30 to 7:00 pm in the Indoor Club Room on the 6th floor of the TCF Stadium (enter at the Benton County entrance). Then at 7:00 pm the Bulldogs battles the Gophers in a men’s hockey game across the street at Mariucci Arena. Stay and watch the game on multiple TV screens in the TCF Stadium Club Room. (sorry, no game tickets available through the UMD Alumni Association) Snacks and a cash bar will be available.
The cost of the event is $ 15 per person (credit card payment please). RSVP for the tour and party by Monday, November 16 by calling 866-726-7110 or 218-726-7110.

The Liberty Mutual Coach of the Year Award recognizes the college football coach in each NCAA division that best demonstrates sportsmanship, integrity, responsibility, and excellence. Liberty Mutual Coach of the Year Award allows fans to have a say in who wins, and focuses on a coach’s actions on and off the field. The winning coach receives $ 50,000 to donate to charity of his choice and the Alumni Association will receive $ 20,000 for student scholarships.
