Application Instructions

Please be advised that effective the week of September 15, 2008 all applications for admission for Fall 2009 and beyond will be submitted online rather than in paper form. For admissions beginning in Fall 2009 please check the UMD Graduate School Office website for the link to the new online application system.

Program descriptions, admission criteria and application materials are available at Graduate Programs. The following forms ( Checklist of Academic and Clinical Undergraduate Experiences and 3 Recommendation Forms) must be mailed by February 1 to the Department.

        (3 required-2 from Professors & 1 from Clinical Supervisor if possible)
