Information for New Patients | Spring '09 Calendar of Events

Permits for patient parking in front of Health Services are available at the front desk. Cars without a permit will be issued a $31 ticket.

You can save time at the clinic by downloading forms and bringing them already completed to your appointment.

As we continue to monitor the H1N1 novel virus activity, we recommend that appointments be scheduled as usual by calling 218-726-8155.

Currently there is one confirmed H1N1 case in Minnesota. If you have a fever over 100 degrees in addition to one of the following: cough, sore throat, or body aches, call 218-726-7870 and you will be transferred to an RN for further instructions.

Health Services has masks and sanitizer near the reception desk. It is requested that anyone with the above symptoms use a mask and the waterless hand wash prior to coming to the reception desk.

To stay healthy we recommend:

  • If you are sick with a fever, sore throat, cough, or body aches, you should stay home to help limit the spread of the infection to others; you may want to call and talk to a nurse.
  • Use thorough hand washing techniques using soap and water or liquid hand sanitizing solution.
  • Avoid coming into contact with others who are ill.
  • Keep your hands away from your mouth and nose after you have touched surfaces that may be infected.
