One of our most deeply held beliefs here at the Labovitz School of Business and
Economics is that you learn by doing.

We also hold dear the fact that you succeed when you can think your way
through a task versus just being able to perform the task. It is with this guiding principle that we educate
our students.
As the basis of this challenging education, our programs are designed to help the next generation of
leaders acquire a foundation of knowledge in the core areas of business and economics. We help them understand
the role of law and ethics in business behavior. We teach them to recognize the global nature of organizational
and economic activity. We impart to them the value and impact of demographic diversity on organizations.
In addition to these core courses and our core values, we offer hands-on working opportunities that demand
our students to apply what they have learned.
